Being naked (with 0 defences), the talismans will apply a 10.000 malus in all defences. I did some test with the Radagon Soreseal and it lower my defences by 15.000. I tried it while being full armored, and the malus was around 10.000.

It's good for early game, not at all the "best Talisman" overall. Soreseal is 5 levels each. The extra health, plus extra def from both stats and the fact that it lefts you wear heavier armor makes it absurdly good.
